Viña Albali Airén Semidulce
Origin:
Wine coming from the native variety Airén, it is elaborated applying cold to stop the fermentation process when the wine displays 20 grams by liter of sugar.
Winemaking:
Conscientious elaboration in accordance with trends of fresh and fruity wines. Coming from our Selection of previously self-decanted must. During the last stages of vinification when the wine reaches 20mg/l of sugar, the fermentation is stopped through its cooling and later amicrobic filtration. The result is a wine with enjoyable fresh herbs wich preserves all the primary aromas.
Tasting notes:
Its low alcohol content and balance between its sweetness and acidity confer harmony on the wine stressing particularity its fineness on the palate. In nose, it presents pleasant shades of fresh herbs conserving all its aromas primary, different, original and new, without getting to lose the characteristics of the Airén variety and fidelity to its grounds.
Food pairing:
The perfect accompaniment for all fish and seafood, recommended with sweet dessert. Serve between 7 and 9º.
