Felix Solís - Consigna
Chardonnay Origin: Viña Albali Tempranillo is made by extracting the optimum amount of tannin and fruit, in order to preserve the natural flavour and aromas of the Tempranillo grapes.

Winemaking: The sensation of volume and sweet tannin is achieved by carrying out the malolactic fermentation in American oak barrels and continuing the ageing process for a period of two months. This is a young wine that remains in oak barrels for a short time.

Tasting notes: Viña Albali Tempranillo is deep red in colour, with purple highlights. It combines aromas of red berries and violets, with the flavour of concentrated blackberries and just a touch of toasted oak. This wine is full-bodied and rich in texture due to the ripened tannins.

Recommendations: It is the perfect accompaniment to all kinds of meat dishes, poultry, pâtés, and cured cheeses. Best served between 15 and 18ºC.
Cavernet Sauvignon
Sauvignon Origin: Viña Albali Verdejo - Viura is made by selecting the best grapes of both varieties which then undergo a process of controlled fermentation at a low temperature, corresponding to the current trends in the making of fresh and fruity wines.

Winemaking: This wine is made from our selection of previously self-decanted must which preserves all of its primary aromas including a touch of fresh herbs.

Tasting notes: Pale in colour with aromas of fruits and freshly cut herbs. The low alcohol content and moderate acidity of this wine confer harmony and balance to it stressing its fineness on the palate.

Recommendations: An ideal accompaniment to all kinds of fish, rice and seafood dishes. Best served between 7 and 9º C.
Merlot Origin: Viña Albali Rosado is made exclusively from Tempranillo grapes. The grapes undergo controlled maceration which allows the skins to remain in contact with the must until the wine acquires its characteristic rosé colour. This Rosado wine is as delicate and fresh as a young white, but at the same time has the structure of a good red.

Winemaking: Viña Albali Rosado is made using the traditional Rosé method, combining the latest technology with careful attention to detail during each stage of the process, to ensure that it acquires its typical colour.

Tasting notes: With a characteristic rosé colour, this is a wine that is light, clean, fresh, and fruity. It maintains its original aroma of fresh fruit, which is typical of the Tempranillo variety. Well-balanced, this rosé is moderately acidic and has a clean, long-lasting finish.

Recommendations: Ideal with seafoods, fishes, soups. Best served cold, at 7 to 9º C.
SHIRAZ Origin: Viña Albali Crianza has been made exclusively from harvested Tempranillo grapes, the predominant variety in Spanish red wines.

Winemaking: Though gentle maceration and constant pumping over, fine tannic compounds are extracted and the maximum fruit expression is achieved. Following the fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine is aged for 6 months in American oak barrels and around 2 years in bottle.

Tasting notes: Intense red ruby colour, with deep and complex aromas of new wood, fruits ans spices. Pleasant and soft on the palate with a good tannic expression and a long finish.

Recommendations: A perfect partner for all kinds of dishes, especially grilled meats, game, fowl and cheese. Best served at 16 to 17º. Best conserved from 5 to 6 years.

Tempranillo Origin: Viña Albali Reserva is made from a selection of only the best Tempranillo grapes. Having spent time ageing in oak barrels this variety produces wines with intense ruby red fruit aromas and hints of vanilla and spices.

Winemaking: Through gentle maceration and constant remounting, expressive tannic compounds are optimised. Following fermentation at a controlled temperature the wine is aged in American oak barrels for twelve months. It then rests quietly in bottle for another 2 to 3 years to ensure a complete harmonised maturation is achieved.

Tasting notes: This wine is a brilliant ruby red colour with ripe cherry tones. This wine exhibits a powerfully long and consistent aroma characterised by vanilla, spices and fruit. On the palate it is full-bodied and complex with well structured tannins and long smooth finish.

Rosado tempranillo Origin: Viña Albali Gran Reserva is the result of a careful selection of the best Tempranillo grapes from our own vineyards, an exquisite vinification process and a long and quiet ageing in American oak barrels.

Winemaking: After the selection of the best free run Tempranillo juice, the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to ensure the maximum aromatic potential. Afterwards, the wine is aged in American oak barrels for at least two years and remains in bottle for an another 3 to 6 years.

Tasting notes: Deep ruby-red in colour with amber tones this wine has complex aromas of dignified wood, vanilla and red fruit. Dry and warm on the palate, the Gran Reserve maintains perfect tannic balance and a pleasant bouquet.

Food pairing: An ideal wine to enjoy with all kind of meats, pate and cured cheese. Serve at 18 to 20º.
